1. Overview

Yukio Alerts ("we," "us," "the Service") is a private multi-factor authentication (MFA) and security notification system. It delivers SMS-based verification codes, login alerts, and infrastructure status notifications to authorized users. This is not a commercial service — it is operated for personal and internal use only.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to deliver security notifications:

• Phone number — to deliver SMS messages
• Name — to identify authorized recipients
• Opt-in consent record — date, time, and method of consent (web form, keyword, or direct request)
• Message delivery logs — timestamps, delivery status, and carrier metadata (retained for troubleshooting)

We do not collect browsing history, device identifiers, cookies, IP addresses, location data, or any information beyond what is listed above.
